Goals

The Learning Goals require a targeted group of learners to attain a specified level of competence in a particular topic. Competencies are expressed as learning levels and include basic, intermediate, and advanced status. A topic is a single or closely related concept, activity, role, policy, or specific item, such as a product or product type.

The Goals assignment remains active until the goal is achieved. A goal is achieved through repeated performances on questions related to the specified topic.

Example: An HR professional may be required to reach an Advanced learning level in Wage and Hour Laws, while a line manager may be required to obtain a basic understanding.
