Confidence Level -
This is the level of confidence that the learner reports per question. Learners can select their level of confidence when answering a question.
They are asked, “How confident are you in your answer?”
This serves several purposes:
- The learner can discover areas for which need they need extra training or find they are more competent in an area than they thought.
- Managers and talent development personnel can use this data to pinpoint where additional training intervention may be needed.
- Instructional designers can use this as a tool to weed out malformed questions or questions that are too easy for the level
